Glad to see you standing
Putin’s plan to wipe you out
Shows lack of understanding
Ukraine will not bend a knee
To Russia’s new-age czar
Once people drink from freedom’s cup
They can’t be pushed too far
Ukrainians have a dream today
And yes, the stakes are high
New Hampshire’s motto says it all
It says: Live Free or Die
They live and die in trench warfare
Ukrainian heroes hold the line
Russia invades in brutal refrain
But Ukraine says, not this time
Through minefields wide and minefields deep
Ukraine claws back its land
All they ask The Land of the Free, is
Brother, can you lend a hand?
Not sure ‘bout others, but here’s my take
On what and if we can
America leads the world of the free
And that’s where we should stand
We should stand with Ukraine’s freedom fight
Against Russia’s brutal attack
A new-order world is starting to swirl
Better keep it square on track
Putin plays the long game
Ukraine’s support will surely wane
But he doesn’t know America’s soul
It’s freedom all the way
This year, next year, day and night
However long to win this fight
We will not bend to Russia’s might
When freedom’s on the line
