Joe Rogan –  COVID Conspiracy King

Joe Rogan is a comedian

And announces MMA

Millions listen to his podcast

To hear what he will say

I like Joe and used to listen

His podcast had cool guests

Lots of comedians and MMA guys

I liked those long talks best

But Joe likes conspiracy theories too

Had Alex Jones on the show, and other loons

Spewing out wild conspiracies

Did we really land on the moon?

And did twin towers really fall

Or was 9/11 a CIA plot

Joe is glad to give his platform

To all kinds of crackpots

Now I must admit I’ve got my doubts

About a lone gunman on the grassy knoll

But at this point it’s just historical pondering

Not adding to a death toll

Not so with the COVID conspiracy

Joe’s happy to help this one spread

Joe says don’t trust vaccines

Use Joe’s “throw the kitchen sink at it” cure instead

Joe likes Ivermectin

It’s like the new Hydroxychloroquine

No good data for efficacy

But the Q crowd is all in

Big Government wants to control you

And Big Pharma wants more dough

That’s what this whole COVID thing’s about

At least according to Joe

OK Joe, now you’re costing lives

Your medical advice is bullshit

We’re in the middle of a pandemic

And you’re acting like a nitwit

It’s nice that lyin’ Aaron Rogers

Went to you for COVID medical advice

But please stop misleading your listeners

Who may pay an awful price

Check out the clip below from Sam Harris podcast, with guest Nicholas Christakis.  These COVID conspiracists, Sam says, seem to think the whole government response to COVID is to “soften us up for some kind of Orwellian acquiescence to state power.”  Nicholas shares historical insights into past responses to pandemics, including how “denial and lies have been a constant companion to plague.”     I believe these guys, not Joe Rogan.  You be the judge.

Joe Rogan and Bret Weinstein in a June 2021 “emergency” podcast decry the government’s corrupt response to COVID, stoke the China lab leak theory (jury still out), steer people away from vaccines, and instead push Ivermectin as the cure. These conspiracy theories are fun, right Joe?
